Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 77xc online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://77xc.cam and any associated mobile interface, subdomain, or application (collectively, "the Platform" or "77xc").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translation and the English-language version, the English version shall prevail.

Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 77xc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's license jurisdiction, on the date of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You have not been excluded from gambling by any self-exclusion program or regulatory order currently in force.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for verifying the legality of gambling in your own jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 77xc for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, consultant, agent or immediate family member of an employee of 77xc or any affiliated entity.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To open an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including (but not limited to) your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a secure password. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted one active account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by the same personal details, device, payment method, IP address or household — will be treated as duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus funds associated with them forfeited. Real money balances from verified duplicate accounts may be returned at 77xc's discretion, net of any bonus-derived winnings.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication details with any other person. 77xc will treat any activity performed from your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact support immediately. 77xc recommends enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced account security.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 77xc requires Players to complete identity verification. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and documentation relating to the payment method used for deposits. Failure to submit satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77xc offers a range of deposit options to facilitate transactions for Pakistani players. These may include, but are not limited to, mobile wallet services (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, cited here as familiar payment references only), instant bank transfer services (such as Raast), conventional bank transfers (for example via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah — cited as familiar references only), and cryptocurrency (including BTC and USDT). The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change at the operator's discretion. None of the payment providers named herein endorse gambling or officially support 77xc.

5.2 Currency

The Platform displays account balances and accepts wagers denominated in the currency selected at registration. PKR is the primary reference currency for Pakistani-market players. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the Player's responsibility.

5.3 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 77xc reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if there is reason to believe the payment originated from a third party or constitutes the proceeds of criminal activity.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and may be revised at any time. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. Players are advised to check these limits before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested once KYC verification has been completed to 77xc's satisfaction. The Player must withdraw to an account or wallet registered in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party payment methods or accounts will not be processed.

6.2 Processing Times

Processing timelines vary by payment method and individual account status. 77xc does not guarantee any specific processing speed on any withdrawal method. Times may be extended where AML review, enhanced due diligence, or document verification is required. The Platform cannot be held liable for delays attributable to payment processors, financial institutions, or blockchain network congestion.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. Limits may differ depending on the Player's verified account status, loyalty tier, and the payment method selected.

6.4 Bonus Funds and Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements may be converted to real money and subsequently withdrawn, subject to any maximum bonus win cap specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by 77xc are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements represent the total turnover that must be achieved before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and contribution rates for each game type are stated in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; certain games (particularly table games and live casino) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not fully wagered within the stated period will expire and be automatically removed from the Player's account, together with any associated winnings that have not yet cleared the wagering requirement. Players are advised to review expiry dates when accepting any promotional offer.

7.4 Abuse Prevention

77xc reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or recalculate any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using risk-free hedging strategies across markets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.

Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant market and event type. 77xc reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until acceptance is confirmed by the system and a bet reference number is generated.

8.2 Obvious Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly quoted odds, system malfunctions, or technical failures — 77xc reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's balance, regardless of whether the bet was placed or settled before the error was identified.

8.3 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets carry additional latency risk due to the speed at which events change. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted on a best-efforts basis. 77xc does not guarantee that in-play odds reflect the precise state of play at the exact moment a bet is submitted, and accepts no liability for latency-related discrepancies.

8.4 Cricket, PSL & International Matches

Specific rules apply to cricket betting markets, including T20 and PSL fixtures. In the event of weather interruptions, reduced-overs results (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method), match abandonment, or venue changes, applicable market-specific rules will determine settlement. Players are advised to review cricket-specific rules in the help section before placing bets.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to create an account on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform's betting interface or games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities; any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the Platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity, or depositing funds from stolen or fraudulently obtained sources.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting designed solely to exploit pricing discrepancies without genuine sporting interest, at a volume that 77xc determines in its reasonable judgement to be abusive.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the 77xc support team or other users.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77xc Platform — including but not limited to software, databases, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77xc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77xc shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising directly or indirectly from use of the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or third-party service outages.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to payment providers, banks, or blockchain networks.
• Decisions made by the Player regarding their own gambling activity, including losses resulting from voluntary wagers.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 77xc's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Responsible Gambling

77xc is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Player protection tools that are genuinely accessible. The Platform provides the following tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits that take effect immediately or after a cooling-off period, as specified in the tool.
• Loss Limits: Restrictions on the maximum amount a Player may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications displayed at configurable intervals to inform Players of elapsed session time.
• Reality Checks: Periodic prompts displaying net session results to support informed decision-making.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a defined period. Self-exclusion requests are applied immediately and cannot be reversed within the selected period. Players seeking self-exclusion must contact support directly.

77xc is strictly an adults-only platform. Players must be 18 years of age or older (or such higher minimum age as the operator's licence jurisdiction requires). Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by 77xc

77xc may suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an investigation, or where required by applicable regulatory obligations. During suspension, the Player may not place wagers or make withdrawals.

13.2 Closure by 77xc

Following investigation, 77xc may permanently close an account found to be in material breach of these Terms. In such cases, the balance outcome — including whether the real money balance is returned — will depend on the nature of the breach and whether funds are associated with fraudulent, bonus-abusive, or AML-flagged activity.

13.3 Closure by Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC. Bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, bonus calculation, or any other matter, the Player must follow this procedure:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit the dispute in writing to the 77xc support team via live chat or email, providing the relevant account details, event or game reference number, and a clear description of the dispute.
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: 77xc will acknowledge the complaint and carry out an internal review within a reasonable timeframe. The outcome of the review will be communicated to the Player in writing.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in the operator's licence terms, if applicable.

No legal action may be initiated by the Player against 77xc before the internal dispute resolution procedure has been exhausted. Players may not unreasonably delay submission of a dispute — claims relating to bet settlement should be submitted within thirty (30) days of the relevant event.

Amendments to These Terms

77xc reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered account address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept revised Terms should close their accounts prior to the effective date of such changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Where the operator's licence jurisdiction is not specified herein, the operator's registered jurisdiction of incorporation shall apply.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation. 77xc makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any specific territory. Legal compliance is entirely the Player's responsibility.
